Walk Through and Punch Out

During your final walk through with Steve a punch out list will be created noting any finishing touches that need made to meet your specifications.  Keep in mind that Steve and his crew see the same job everyday; there may be small items that have been mistakenly overseen.

Warranty

Whether it’s your vacation home, retirement home or your permanent residence, your satisfaction is their guarantee!  Edwards Construction assures that your new home will be free from faulty materials, constructed according to sound engineering standards, constructed in a workmanlike manner and fit for habitation.  As per Maryland Law; Edwards Construction provides a one year builder warranty on all new construction homes.
