This was a unique project for us as it was the first time we used SIPS (structural insulated panel system) roof and wall panels.  The Alpine Lake Resort Welcome Center offers a front security desk, rear security office, bath and kitchenette.  It sits on a concrete slab foundation with radiant in slab heat.  Outside the log/balloon frame portico allows for a covered entrance for home owners and guests and a covered parking area for the security vehicle.
